What We Do
We run a booking and coordination service for concrete work. When you call or send a form, we take down what you need — a driveway, a patio, a slab, a repair — and connect you with an independent local concrete crew from our network that can reach your address and is set up for that specific scope. We do not employ our own concrete crew and we do not pour, form, or finish concrete ourselves.
The Crew That Does the Work
The concrete crew that takes your job is independently owned and operated — it is not part of Concrete & Paving North Fort Worth. Your contract for the pour itself is with that crew, not with us. The crew provides its own written estimate, carries out the forming, reinforcement, and finishing, and invoices and takes payment directly from you. Any workmanship warranty on the pour is the crew's own, on whatever terms they set.
Payments
We do not take payment or issue invoices for concrete work of any kind. Payment for a pour, a repair, or resurfacing goes directly to the crew that carried it out, on whatever terms they've agreed with you. If you have a billing question, raise it with that crew first.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is set by the crew, not by us, and is put to you in writing before any forming or pouring begins. We do not quote jobs, guarantee a price, or promise a completion date on this website or over the phone. Ask the crew to walk through their written estimate — including base prep, reinforcement, and finish — before you agree to any work.
Complaints and Problems
If something goes wrong with a pour — a finish issue, a joint that cracked outside the saw line, drainage that wasn't graded right — raise it with the crew first, since they carried out the work and are best placed to correct it. If you can't get it resolved with them, call us at (817) 710-2599 and we will help chase it up on your behalf. We can't promise a particular outcome, since the work and the contract for it sit with the crew, not with us.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your call or form submission and arranging a booking with a concrete crew. We are not responsible for that crew's workmanship, pricing, scheduling, or conduct, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas or federal law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
